The land that is the object of this assignment is located on the western boundary of the development, in the Eastern District, the most populated sector of the city of Seville, heading a series of blocks with blocks in an open layout.

The proposal presents an alternative to the occupation proposed in the planning. It is proposed to dispense with the occupation of the central block that makes up the series of three high-rise buildings proposed by the General Plan, concentrating the whole of the buildability on the edges, thus qualifying the interior free space, using maximum and minimum heights allowed in each area to generate a profile that singles out the entire proposal.

All types of housing are designed with a double orientation. A compact bedroom area clearly differentiated and a day area with living room and kitchen, with a central corridor of toilets and facilities that segregates the circulations between one and the other. From this layout we would highlight the great clarity that presents the independence between the two areas, as well as its compactness, which allows us to have an outdoor space with proportions and surface of an added room.

Due to the tight investment foreseen, the entire proposal is resolved with practically three materials: white plaster, natural aluminum and galvanized sheet metal for the carpentry and locksmith elements, and local gravel for the exteriors, enhancing with this image the naturalness with which the proposal is presented in the arrangement.
